Description:
Road racing historian, Martin Rudow, first visited Pacific Raceways before it even opened in 1960! Since then, he has developed a close association with the track. Trans-Am, Can-Am cars, Formula 5000, Indy cars have all raced at the track along with drivers including Phil Hill, Ken Miles, Mario Andretti and Gurney and Mark Donohue. With this year’s Pacific Northwest Historics race coming up next month, it’s time for a look back at this remarkable motor racing facility’s exciting and colorful history. Join Martin for this month’s If Cars Could Talk as he shares some of its great moments in photos and stories.
